I’ve been training Colin from 8 years old to 17 years old! My longest active client of 9 years!!! Makes me feel old 👴🏼😅 Colin is as OG as it gets. I started with him back in 2017, when I was still doing my undergrad at Merrimack College. Back when I was just “Jonny”. I didn’t come up the brand name “Heads Up Hockey” until about 2022, when I decided to take the coaching thing to the next level. Over the years, I’ve been able to spend a lot of time with this kid, I remember when he was maybe 10 years old, we would meet at North Andover high school and I would do off-ice training with Colin and his sister, Haylee. I’ve been able to see him grow and develop into the player and young man he is today. The kid is a worker and has exceptional character. I think it’s really cool how I’ve been able to see Colin turn into the player he is and he’s been able to see me grow too.
