Hollywood is turning to Block & Company, Inc., Realtors once again for filming locations. Broken Ones, starring Terrence Howard and Kate Bosworth, recently filmed at Block & Company's headquarters in the historic Skelly Building on the Country Club Plaza. The production joins a growing list of film projects choosing Block-managed properties as filming locations. In late 2024, Boris is Dead, starring Dane Cook, was also filmed in the Skelly Building and at other Block & Company-managed properties throughout the Kansas City area.
