Today we brought lacrosse to the heart of the city at Inglenook Community School, introducing students to Canada’s National Summer Sport and the rich history behind the game. One of the most rewarding parts of growing the game is creating access. You don’t need a massive field, endless resources, or a perfect setup to make an impact. Sometimes all it takes is a small space, a stick, a ball, and an opportunity for a young person to discover something new. Lacrosse is more than a sport—it’s part of the fabric of our nation, carrying deep cultural significance and a history that deserves to be shared with future generations.
