This is to share my genuine feelings 💛 Hoping my bald spot grows back quickly - but this is my unfortunate Dallas experience for my first sew in here. I love my stylists in Houston and LA but needed a Dallas stylist as I travel back and forth. I just got this install not even a week ago. The broader message is that It’s not uncommon for women of color to have experiences like this in the hair care space, it’s just unfortunate that customer service, business acumen, and just general kindness aren’t prioritized. Getting your hair done is supposed to be a relaxing experience where you feel pampered and loved on. Let’s bring that back ✨ mistakes happen!
