THE GREAT BRITISH STAYCATION 🇬🇧✨ This year, I’ve made it my mission to properly explore more family-friendly staycations across the UK… and I’ve discovered some incredible places. (And yes — if you check my Reels tab, there are plenty of abroad finds on there too 👀🌍) This weekend we stayed at Fritton Lake, on the Norfolk/Suffolk border, and it completely exceeded expectations. Think stunning natural beauty, wildflowers, forest trails, peaceful lakes, rowing boats, paddleboards, heated pool, jungle-style adventure playgrounds and one of the best Sunday roasts we’ve had in years (or possibly ever — the beef was 🤯). What makes it feel different is the whole rewilding concept. It’s part of a huge nature restoration project, so everything feels calm, spacious and connected to nature rather than overly commercialised.
