If you have a difficult coach right now, not hard, not demanding, but unfair, here’s the one thing nobody tells you: you can’t out-work politics. The sooner you stop trying to win them over, the sooner you free up everything you were spending on them. Control your effort, your attitude, your body language. Every practice, every game.
