Ferrari once made an ad for car you couldn't buy, but it still went viral. ã…¤ The ad was was for the 2016 Laferrari Aperta, a limited edition roadster they unveiled at the paris motor show. ã…¤ But whats crazy is even though the car cost 2.2 million dollars, by the time it was revealed it was already sold out. ã…¤ Which means Ferrari made this ad just for fun. ã…¤ But they didn't pull any punches. ã…¤ The driver in the ad is four time F1 world champion Sebastian Vettel. ã…¤ He's seen drifting Ferrari's hyper car around city streets and pulling crazy stunts, but thats not even my favorite part. ã…¤ My favorite part is the use of reflections throughout the ad to show the heritage of Ferrari. ã…¤ As Vettel drives the Laferrari, its reflects images of famous ferraris of years past. ã…¤ The whole point of the ad wasn't to sell this car. The point was to sell Ferrari's legacy.
