It’s hard to put into words what saying goodbye feels like after 16 years. Softball was always more than a sport. It was part of who I was. It was what I did, what I loved, and what everyone knew me for. Playing the most humbling sport has been one of the most beautiful yet challenging experiences of my life. Throughout my career, I have met some of the most incredible women who became my family. The friendships, memories, and lessons this game gave me will stay with me forever. Thank you @razorbacksb for the best 4 years of my life. And thank you @coachdeifel for believing in me💛 Most importantly, thank you, Jesus, for giving me softball. And thank you, softball, for an amazing 16 years of my life. You shaped me into the person I am today, and for that I will always be grateful. When someone tells you the 4 years fly by, believe them.
