To celebrate @monash_uni Leadership Round in Round 8, we're delighted to launch the 2026 Monash University Leadership Award. This award recognises a young leader in the SMJFL community who demonstrates leadership qualities. This award aims to highlight individuals who lead through their actions, not necessarily the loudest or most athletic.
