Today was a beautiful blessing to see my Mema for the first time in over a year... and really hard all at the same time 💔🙏🏼 I sat with her outside and we shared laughs and told stories and blew kisses and smiled 🥰😊 She also was very scared and sounded very confused 😞 she hasn’t been able to see anyone in a year and she just turned 94... she doesn’t really understand what is happening and all I want to do is break through the glass when she starts to cry... I stayed strong for her because she has always been strong for me and that’s who she taught me to be 🙏🏼 Walking away today was TOUGH...I’ll be calling daily and going to visit as much as possible.
