Meet joven_dulayy (Class of 2026) — a 6’6 guard from Folsom, CA folsomhighboysbasketball who’s quickly building a name as one of the most complete scorers in his class. Prep Hoops calls him a “flat-out scorer with a polished offensive package and a counter for every defense.” Dulay has been lighting it up with Jaylen Wells Elite (NXT/PRO16) and is already drawing serious attention on the grassroots circuit with multiple D1 offers. With his size, skill, and scoring instincts, Joven is shaping up to be one of the most exciting backcourt prospects to watch #BrownBallers ✊🏽🏀
