This guy took it out in the food court‼️🤦🏾‍♂️💔 An 18-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly brandishing what appeared to be a firearm inside the Rideau Centre food court Friday evening. Ottawa Police say officers responded around 7:55 p.m. after receiving multiple 911 calls. Investigators later determined the weapon was a replica firearm. Police also say a knife was seized and no members of the public were injured. The accused faces charges including two counts of carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, causing a disturbance, and breach of probation. Cadillac Fairview says mall security acted immediately to secure the area and is continuing to work with Ottawa Police.
