A sweeter future for medical implants is taking shape at Texas A&M.
Researchers in the Texas A&M University College of Engineering have developed a more biocompatible alternative for electronic implants by replacing toxic conductive additives with D-sorbitol, a safe sugar commonly used in everyday products.
