The HSL would like to thank all of the teams that participated in the BATTLE FOR THE BANKS, as well as the The Canadian Brewhouse for their support of this initiative. Together, 13,954 total pounds of food and cash was donated to local food banks, as well as 300 brown bags filled for a shelter. The top two teams' numbers were so close that BOTH are going to receive the prize! Congratulations to the Wolverines Hockey Academy 2016 Team with the largest amount, at 1298 lbs, and to the Alberta Pro Hockey 2011 Major Team with a 1228.45 donation made.
