#Repost arc_nd ・・・ Yesterday was a sad day for the Notre Dame LGBTQ+ community with the passing of legendary talk show host and ND grad Phil Donahue ‘57. We’re deeply grateful to Phil and his wife, Marlo Thomas, for hosting a series of fundraisers at their home overlooking Central Park to raise money for LGBTQ+ students at Notre Dame. With their help, there is an endowed scholarship in their name at Notre Dame. As a tribute to Phil, his family has requested that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the Phil Donahue ‘57 and Marlo Thomas Notre Dame Scholarship Fund in his memory.
