SpaceX's lock-up structure is that after its first earnings report (Q2, through June), insiders can sell 20% of eligible locked-up shares, plus another 10% if the stock is trading 30%+ above the IPO price. Then 7% unlocks at each of five intervals (70, 90, 105, 120, and 135 days post-IPO). After the second earnings report (Q3, through September), another 28% becomes sellable. Any remaining shares fully unlock at day 180. 2. NASDAQ changed its own rules so SpaceX can join the NASDAQ 100 just 15 days after listing. The float requirement got dropped from 10% all the way down to 4%. So even if you look at this and say I do not want any part of it.
