❗️The BMW M3 is about to enter a completely new era.
BMW has officially unveiled the BMW Concept M Neue Klasse, giving us our clearest look yet at the brand’s first fully electric M3 and the future of BMW M performance.
The concept previews a production electric M3 expected around 2027 and features an aggressive new design language with a wider stance, illuminated front-end graphics, massive aerodynamic elements, and styling heavily influenced by BMW’s motorsport programs.
Under the skin is where things get really interesting.
BMW says the upcoming electric M3 will use four electric motors, one powering each wheel, along with a new BMW M Dynamic Performance Control system that can independently manage torque at every corner of the car.
The platform uses an 800-volt electrical architecture and a battery larger than 100 kWh, with power figures widely expected to approach or exceed 1,000 horsepower in top-spec versions.
