A Portland City Council work session regarding Moda Center is scheduled for the same time as the Portland Metro Chamber’s (PMC) annual meeting, which is at the Moda Center ln June 24. So, PMC President and CEO Andrew Hoan is asking the council president to move the public meeting so councilors can join their event.
