A Ukrainian drone struck a building under construction in the town of Kotelniki near Moscow, according to eyewitness footage posted on social media on Tuesday.⁣ ⁣ The attack came as Russian authorities said air defences shot down 60 drones heading towards the capital. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin also confirmed damage to a facility at the Moscow oil refinery, one of Russia’s largest, located a few kilometres from the blast site seen in the video.⁣ ⁣ Officials said there were no casualties and emergency crews were working at the scene.
