Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz warned that the confrontation with Iran remains unfinished, declaring that the Israel Defence Forces are prepared to launch further strikes if Tehran attacks Israel again.
“The campaign against Iran is far from over,” Katz said. “If Iran attacks Israel, it will suffer a severe blow, as it did a few days ago. The IDF is prepared to strike Iran with great force.”
The minister also highlighted ongoing Israeli operations against Hezbollah in Lebanon, describing them as part of a broader effort to weaken Iranian influence in the region.
On Tuesday, Donald Trump insisted he could get a deal with Iran in "two or three days" - while Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu warned that his fight with Hezbollah in Lebanon and Iran 'has not ended'.
The pair have appeared to row recently, with Trump reported to have told Netanyahu he was 'f***ing crazy' to threaten to attack Beirut's southern suburbs just a week earlier.
