Cutting short fringe on a low forehead can be a challenge! This is a great way to create more space for them to move👍 1. Create a V section at the hairline. 2. Elevate the hair 90° and use your texturizers to remove the hair beginning about 1 inch from the roots and work out to the ends. 3. Channel through to detail.
