Back at _snowflake_inc Summit again this year, and one thing feels very different. A lot of the AI conversation over the last couple of years has been about models. This year, I’m seeing a much bigger focus on what it actually takes to get AI working inside real companies. Three announcements that caught my attention: 1/ CoWork: AI agents for employees to interact with business data and workflows. 2/ CoCo: An AI-native builder experience for developers and data teams. 3/ Horizon Context: The layer that brings business context, governance, permissions, lineage, and security to enterprise AI. The companies that figure out context, trust, and governance will have a much easier path to AI adoption than the ones chasing the latest model.
