Rylan Lujo's cleats are carrying his family's whole story to Omaha. One side honors his grandfather, Pirates legend Rennie Stennett: his signature, the Panamanian flag, and the stat line that still stands alone in MLB history (7-for-7 in a nine-inning game, Sept. 16, 1975), plus a nod to that '79 World Series ring. The other side reps Lujo and his brother, with the Cuban flag for the other branch of the family tree. A Georgia teammate even helped make it happen.
