Nebraska volleyball added another elite prospect to its future roster as Megan Hodges announced her commitment to the Huskers on Wednesday.
Hodges, a 6-foot-5 standout from San Juan Hills High School in California, becomes Nebraska’s third commitment in the 2028 recruiting class.
Regarded as the top opposite hitter in the Class of 2028, Hodges is ranked No. 3 overall by PrepVolleyball and No. 6 by PrepDig. She has the versatility to play both opposite hitter and middle blocker but is expected to slot into the right-side position for the Huskers.
Last season, Hodges led San Juan Hills with 381 kills while adding 73 blocks and 38 aces. She also helped Team USA capture a gold medal at the 2025 NORCECA U19 Pan American Cup and competes for Tstreet Volleyball Club.
Hodges joins an impressive 2028 class that already includes 2 players who most regard are the top at their position
