Most people think red light therapy is just about standing in front of a panel. What interests me more is how the light is delivered. One feature I use often is pulsing. Instead of a constant stream of light, the wavelengths are delivered in rhythmic pulses. The research is still evolving, but pulsing may influence how cells respond to light and can create a very different experience than continuous exposure. I also like having control over the wavelength selection. Most people only talk about 660nm and 850nm, but light exists on a spectrum, and different wavelengths interact with tissue differently.
