Here is an amazing exercise for retraining real athletic movement.
I learned this from Alex Kanellis at Landmine University, and it is one of the best patterns for building spiral line integration under load.
This is what ties the foot, pelvis, trunk, shoulder, and hip together so the athlete can stabilize, coil, and transfer force the way sport actually demands. Not as isolated parts. As one connected system.
That is why this has so much value for athletes who need better sprint mechanics, cleaner change of direction, stronger front-side action, and more efficient movement on one leg.
This is not just strength.
This is timing, coordination, and force transfer.
