India has formally lodged a strong protest with the United States after three Indian mariners were k!lled in a U.S. Navy str!ke on a commercial vessel in the Gulf. External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar spoke with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and conveyed New Delhi’s serious concerns over the incident.
