Certain lots of Gas-X sold at Costco have been recalled over possible contamination. In a letter to affected members, the manufacturer explained that 120-count Gas-X Extra Strength Softgels, 125 mg, sold between April 13 and May 8 this year have since been recalled. Haleon, the maker behind the medication, reported that a machine leak may have caused contamination with a diluted propylene glycol-based coolant during packaging.
