From sitting in the audience during the raffles, dreaming of one day being on that stage… to actually standing on it. Being back in Vegas for the Redken Symposium feels completely surreal. I’m having an absolute blast, but more than anything, I’m feeling deeply grateful as a fan of this industry, as a hairdresser, and as a Redken Global Educator.
