Well, destinythegame still has its strands in me.
I’m away from home for work again right now, and it’s been so special to revisit all the worlds I’ve loved for years and reconnect with friends…but I managed to pull myself away long enough for a beautiful sunset walk through the Winnipeg waterfront.
Destiny gave me a home during the long solitary stretches of work over the years. Gave me a place to connect when I’ve been in places where I know no one. I still get out and explore and meet new people, but it’s always been a grounding base for me. So sad that it’s leaving behind a hole where that core meeting place has been for so long.
I know the last update has dropped. But our passion for
#Destiny2 will last for a long, long time. I know the reality is that sony and playstation and bungie have brought us to a point of no return, but I’ll still be here for the love of the game.
Guardians make their own fate they say, well, we’ll keep doing that.
