Bulla (pronounced boo-yah per our waitress) has definitely made its way to the top of my brunch list! 😋 They specialize in Spanish and Catalan small plates, and their brunch selections are especially delicious. My hubby and I opted to go with the price fixe menu to keep things simple. We each chose from three courses: starter, entree, and dessert. My starter was something I’d never tried, but was PERFECT for the warm weather: watermelon salad. Hubby went with the sopa de garbanzo frito, an odd choice on a hot day, but he loved it! For our entrees, the highlight of the meal, we chose the ‘Bulla’ Benedict and the steak & eggs, the latter of which was perfectly seasoned and drizzled with mojo verde. The dessert course ended our meal on a high note, as we chose the blueberry & ricotta pancakes and the torrija. The torrija was so sweet and delectable, I’d 100% recommend it!
