Jack Innanen has finally spoken out about ‘Heated Rivalry’ season 2 after news broke that he turned down a role. 🫢 Speaking at the ‘Adults’ season two premiere during the Tribeca Film Festival, the actor was asked which role he had been offered. Innanen declined to say. “I can’t,” he responded. “I think it’s such an incredible show, and it didn’t work out. But I love Jacob, I love everyone involved. I’m excited to see what they do for the second season.” Fans, and Jack himself, had widely campaigned for Innanen to join the cast, with many fan-casting him as either Troy Barrett or Wyatt Hayes, characters from Rachel Reid’s ‘Role Model’. Heated Rivalry season two is expected to begin filming later this summer in Toronto and Montreal.
