#HuluPartner I don’t talk about this often, but my career has had a few very different chapters.
I started in consulting, which at the time felt like the “right” choice. Structured, stable, clear path forward.
Then I moved into marketing, which felt closer to who I actually was… but still not fully it.
And now, I’m building something that doesn’t really come with a perfectly mapped out blueprint at all.
If you looked at it from the outside, it might seem intentional. Linear, even.
But living through it didn’t feel like that.
It felt like constantly outgrowing versions of myself… without always knowing what came next.
Without always knowing if I was making the “right” decision.
I think that’s the part we don’t talk about enough, especially on here.
Your 20s aren’t just about building a career. They’re about unlearning, pivoting, trying things that don’t fully fit, changing your mind, and slowly getting closer to what does.
