Most founders who say they "can't do video" don't have a camera problem.
After enough of these conversations, the pattern is hard to miss.
It is never really the lens. It is three things stacked: not knowing what is worth saying, the fear it won't sound like you, and the flinch of watching yourself back. The camera is the last five percent. The first ninety-five is everything that happens before you press record.
That upstream problem is the one I have been trying to automate. The method itself isn't mine. It comes from Jessi Jean's "Yap on Camera Challenge," which I enrolled in and reverse-engineered into Creator Genius.
And if my delivery looks more relaxed than usual, that is the second half of the experiment. Look closely at who is actually on screen. Can you tell she's my AI twin?
So what is the real reason video stays on your "someday" list: the idea, the writing, or the record button?
