A closer look at our process developing the event identity and creative for Icons of Porsche, Sunstede Silverstone Edition. Sunstede, the Anglo-Saxon term for Solstice, reflects the summer solstice weekend the event is hosted. This brand new festival celebrates 75 years of Porsche in the UK, 65 years of Porsche Motorsport, and 65 years of Porsche_GB while leaning into British summertime and heritage themes. Once the name was locked, we started with an analog-first approach to develop the visual identity. ornamentalconifer began with pencil and paint, then our design house brought those ideas to life digitally. We’re excited for people to see it all come together in person on Sat June 20 and Sun June 21 at Silverstone Circuit and the Porsche Experience Center. We’ll be there with a Tutto Bene activation, a Sunstede x Race Service apparel collection, and shooting content throughout the event. If you’re there, come find us and say hey!
