For 2026 the Portland Rose Festival Association combined the Starlight Parade and the Grand Floral Parade into one event on Saturday June 6th. In keeping with tradition, the Starlight Run kicked off the evening with the famed costume run mirroring the parade route with parade watchers cheering on the costumed runners.
