'The Boroughs' had a strong cast — Alfred Molina, Geena Davis, Alfre Woodard, Denis O'Hare, Clarke Peters and Bill Pullman — and even stronger producers in Matt and Ross Duffer, the Upside Down Pictures guys behind Netflix's #StrangerThings.
