Some teachers don’t just teach—they make school feel like home. 💙   Meet Arnold Rubit, a standout educator at Twin Creeks Middle School in Spring ISD.   Students describe his classroom as built on trust, respect, and encouragement—a place where they truly belong. One student said he “treats us like his kids.” Another shared that he feels more like “a father figure than just a teacher.”   What moved us most? How clearly his care connects to their confidence. Students told us they feel more comfortable raising their hands, asking questions, and staying engaged—all because of the environment he creates.
