Yesterday’s video sparked a lot of conversation and honestly I still think I’m a little in shock that this actually happened. However, I wanted to follow up… If you experience racism, discrimination, harassment, or any other inappropriate behavior during your job search, don’t just brush it off and move on. Know your rights, document everything, and don’t be afraid to seek legal guidance… even if you have no intention of taking legal action. Nobody should have to choose between pursuing opportunities and being treated with basic dignity and respect. Unfortunately, way too many women, especially Black women, have stories like these.
