The road to LA 2028 is a marathon not a sprint and coming back after ACL surgery is intimidating to say the least. My plan is to work hard and work smart. To alternate between working out, eating clean, jujitsu and judo and hopefully the hours I put in are productive and not just punching the clock. I’m motivated and determined to reach my goal of becoming a Paralympian. No one is going to do it for me it’s all on me and I’m ready to work #judo #la28 #paralympics #motivation #goal
