VT Institute for Advanced Computing on Instagram: "Three, two, one - blast off! 🚀 Last week, 36 Northern Virginia middle school students were called upon to help NASA launch a mock Mars mission. The mission, Project Red Rover Robotics Program, tasked the students with the building, programming, and automation of a VEX IQ robot that simulated a Mars rover - with the help of 13 Virginia Tech College of Engineering students. The young astronauts and engineers successfully completed the mission and had fun doing it!"
