Coming to a big SEC school was stressful, but Kappa felt like a second home to me from the moment I walked into the house. I have made so many different friendships within Kappa that have made me feel like I can be myself. The friendships I have, even outside of my pledge class, are ones I will cherish both during my time in college and beyond. I have never been part of a community that has made me feel so supported and celebrated during my best and worst times. I know that there is always someone I can count on to be there for me, which makes Kappa very special to me. Not only do I love being surrounded by women who share the same values as me, but I also love being surround by women who push me to be better every single day.
