In our next Senior Spotlight, we celebrate Makena! After three years on the Dance Team, Makena will graduate with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Digital Humanities. After graduation, she plans on getting her California Real Estate license while also working at Southern California Attorneys in Calabasas. When reflecting on her favorite memories from her time on the Squad, Makena shared “cheering at the Women’s Basketball National Championship game, the Penn State Football game at the Rose Bowl, and the Illinois game buzzer win for our Men’s Basketball team. The National Championship game was so surreal and inspiring to watch. The Penn State game will forever be ingrained in my head because of the blue and yellow confetti that filled the Rose Bowl. And the Illinois basketball game was insane because we won within the final seconds in the 4th quarter.” #GoBruins | #SeniorSpotlight
