One of the greatest gifts of this chapter of my life has been learning to say yes. Yes to the trip. Yes to the invitation. Yes to showing up even when I don’t know exactly what to expect. This weekend, that yes took me to Aspen and the Food & Wine Classic, an event I’ve never been to before and an experience I almost talked myself out of (because homebody af). But I realized that every time I step outside my comfort zone, I discover a new part of myself. You never know what a single yes might lead to. The people you’ll meet, the conversations you’ll have, the memories you’ll make, or the version of yourself waiting on the other side. Some of the best things that have happened to me over these last few years started with a simple yes. #aspenfoodandwine
