My sausage, onions, peppers and tortellini recipe is one of our favorites. And I just made it better with @marianosmarket freshly made sausage! Breaking it up into small pieces and cooking over high heat high not only adds a ton of flavor but also adds texture to the dish. I used 2 bell peppers and 1 onion and seasoned it with my AP rub. Add the frozen tortellini, a splash of water, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes until the tortellini is done. Mix everything together, add a splash of Italian dressing, mix, and serve!
