QUEEN CHARLOTTE'S COTTAGE
Believed to have been built in 1771, Queen Charlotte’s Cottage served as a rustic retreat for the royal family, where they would enjoy picnics and tea during the summer months. Its hand-painted floral motifs inspired the form of this suite, while the colours of the gemstones echo the murals painted by Queen Charlotte’s daughter.
