A Phoenix driver was arrested after AZDPS says he was clocked going 115 MPH in a posted 65 MPH zone on Loop 202. According to AZDPS Highway Patrol, the driver was seen speeding and weaving through traffic on June 14 before a trooper conducted a traffic stop. During the stop, officials say the driver admitted to drinking and showed signs of impairment. A preliminary breath test reportedly showed a BAC of .170.
