An Arizona driver somehow got pulled over twice by the same DPS trooper within minutes on I-10. 😭 DPS says the Chandler driver was first spotted driving on the shoulder to get around traffic before allegedly cutting off a semi, cutting off a truck hauling a trailer, and slamming on his brakes for no clear reason. The driver was initially cited for driving on the shoulder, unsafe lane changes, and driving below a reasonable speed. But moments later, the same trooper reportedly saw the same driver again — this time allegedly using his phone with a bent, unreadable license plate. He was pulled over a second time and cited again.
