When I was in college, I was catering, and on one of the gigs I met another caterer who had just graduated with a journalism degree. He asked me what I wanted to do after graduation, and I said I wanted to work as a singer and musician. He told me I was just like him in an industry where I’d probably never get to work or make money. Well… jokes on him, because I’ve been booked and busy!!
