Some dancers bring their own unique flavor to every dance. cara.saute is originally from China, and one thing that stood out to me immediately was her strong dance foundation. She has been doing hip-hop for quite a long time, and you can feel that experience in the way she moves. Her body awareness, musicality, and control naturally flow into Kizomba, making every dance feel smooth and effortless. We started with the basics, finding our connection and rhythm, and gradually explored different textures and elements, including a few Urban Kiz ideas. What I enjoyed most was how calm and peaceful the dance felt. There was no rush, no pressure, just two people listening to the music and exploring movement together.
